Reproduction 100% handmade of the map “Província de São Paulo 1886 (São Paulo’s province 1886)”, from José C. de Carvalho that elaborated by request of the Promoter Society of Immigration of São Paulo, company created by farmers with objective to promote the foreign immigration for works in the farms in the province due the imminent abolition of slavery.
Measures without frame: 0,88 m x 0,61 m (~2ft 10,6in x 2ft 0in). (This measurement is already 1 cm more on each side for better framing).
Execution time of the original: 295 hours.

Technique: shapes and geographical accidents traced with nankin pen, painted with soft pastel and fixed with protector varnish against fungus, humidity and weather per the technique created and develop by Francisco Stein – 100% Handmade.
